Meet Nina, the Person in the Loop
For more than 20 years, I have led transformation projects inside organizations that were trying to grow, modernize, or simply keep up. I have sat in rooms where ten different tools were fighting for attention, where no one could find the latest version of anything, and where the phrase “it is in Sally’s head” was the unofficial knowledge management strategy.
I have seen teams try to fix people problems with tech shortcuts. New platforms, new dashboards, new logins. Still no real process. Still no documentation. Still no clarity. That is why People in the Loop exists. My work is about slowing down enough to understand the real problem, designing a workflow that makes sense, and then using AI where it actually helps instead of where it looks trendy.
