I’m Nina Thomas, an AI adoption and enablement leader and community builder in the Atlanta area. I’m creative and analytical at the same time, and I think in workflows.
I’ve spent 20+ years helping people adopt new technology, across product management, program management, brand and team leadership. I’ve led Copilot adoption training at Fortune 500 companies. Now I’m known for Claude. I teach it, I build with it, and I work with an AI agent team on Claude and Grok Bot, right from my phone.
I teach the way I learn: hands-on. I meet people where they are, with analogies you can picture, so the new AI words stop feeling like a wall. It’s just terminology.
People and AI agents do their best work together, in a loop. I run People in the Loop, the community where people learn to hold the human’s side of that loop.

Change management first, then AI.
Before AI was a buzzword, I spent 20+ years in transformation and operations. I guided organizations through technology adoption, process redesign and cultural change, with teams in Egypt, Bahrain and the US.
My background is organizational change management, so I think about the people using a tool as much as the tool. My strategy starts with humans and ends with systems that work.
I build what I recommend.
When I work with an organization, I map the workflows, find the bottlenecks, pick the tools and build the systems myself.
My daily toolkit is Claude Code for agents, n8n for automation and Miro for planning. The result is automation people trust and AI that serves the team.
My philosophy: people and AI agents work together in a loop. I just don’t do blind loops. Every system I build starts with one question. Does this keep people in the loop?
What sets me apart
Analogies you can picture
AI is a guest in your house. First you teach it your rules and your context. Over time it earns more of the house, and some rooms stay off limits. People get it the moment they can picture it.
It’s just terminology
If the AI words in the meeting make you feel behind, you’re not. Some are brand new, and some are old developer words the rest of us are only now hearing. I translate them so you can speak up.
How to think, so a new button doesn’t scare you
I teach you how to figure it out, so a changed menu is just a new button. Let me see what I think it is. Most things can be undone.
I meet people where they are
Generations, cultures and brains all learn differently, so there’s no one way to train. Some people want short lessons, and some want deep dives. I’m a kinesthetic learner, so my workshops get you doing.
Workflow first, then the tool
I set my requirements before I pick software. I learned that implementing software. Every tool has to earn its place, and there are a lot of shiny new objects out there.
